Tom Frager

French singer, founder of Mouvement Bleu and Music For Oceans

Born in Africa, Tom spent his first ten years between Senegal and Mali, where his father worked as a renewable energy engineer. The family then moved to Guadeloupe, where Tom took up surfing and joined the French national team. Within a few years, he became one of the most successful European surfers of his generation.

With a keen interest in ecology from a young age, his lifestyle naturally led him to become involved at an early age with associations that he supports and represents on a daily basis. An ambassador for the Surfrider Foundation for almost 20 years, he campaigns alongside Cœur de Forêt, Cetasea and Quiksilver Foundation, and became the first French artist to join the 1% for the Planet collective. He now sits on the board of directors of the Music for Planet label.

In 2025, Tom created his own association, "Le Mouvement Bleu" (The Blue Movement), which aims to raise funds through his artistic projects to help clean up the oceans. Albums, festivals, exhibitions: art as a vehicle for raising awareness. Tom wants to bring together as many artists, athletes and personalities as possible in collaborative projects, the first of which will be an album of duets on the theme of the ocean, Nouvelle Ère, scheduled for release in spring 2025.

A cosmopolitan, world music vibe in support of protecting our planet.
