Nolwen Berthier

Former Member of the French National Climbing Team

After ten years with the French national climbing team, Nolwen moved to the south of France, where she rediscovered outdoor climbing. In 2020, she made history in the discipline by becoming the sixth woman in the world to climb a 9a+ route.

A graduate engineer in Energy and Environment, and driven by the urgency of the ecological crisis, she now brings her dual perspective as both an athlete and an engineer to the transformation of our societal models. Founder of the collective "mission : possible", she supports organisations in developing practices and models that are more respectful of the living world.

She is the author of the book "Le monde du sport face à l’urgence écologique" and the creator of the web series "Une Voie pour la Nature", which she has also adapted into a conference format exploring our relationship with other living beings.
